Using Website of Finding a Cab

For booking through this website, you are required to provide your details accurately and responsibly. Finding a Cab plays a role of booking agent for TO without being an Operator. The contract for the transport service is placed between you and TO. You can warrant to Finding a

Cab that you are 18 years old or more to be legally able to make the Booking.

Finding a Cab does not guarantee that it will fulfill every requirement you have mentioned and also reserves rights to refuse your booking and to cancel it. In such case, you will be refunded with settlements you might have claimed. Details and data related to your use of the website will be recorded without recording any personal information subjected to provisions of Privacy Policy.

Finding a Cab may send a file to your computer system on your visit to the website, called “cookie”. It will enable Finding a Cab to track your behavior on the website through which your interests can be identified to enhance your future visits. The cookie will not contain any data

It involves an offer that Finding a Cab may or may not accept. Your booking is confirmed only when the confirmation appears on the website.

In case your TO wants to impose TO T&Cs on you, then he shall be responsible to achieve it. Finding a Cab cannot confirm the ability of TO for meeting your specific requirements and if you have particular requirement, you should not use this website and make alternative travel arrangements as per your specific requirements.

Finding a Cab reserves right to amend typographical mistakes in information on the website and it also includes price errors. Once you are informed of such errors, you are free to withdraw your offer and claim refunds for any payment you have made. You are requested to accept actions of Finding a Cab as an agent of TO because Finding a Cab may assist you with complains regarding services of TO. For pre-paid card bookings, Finding a Cab has the right of collecting the cash due for booked trips and settle all costs for the trips booked. You agree that TO can replace the contract with you to another appropriate party to fulfill the booking through this website.

Payment Terms

In case you have booking with option to pay by card, you agree to pay fare at the time of booking. In the other case of payment by cash, you agree to pay the fare to the TO. After confirming your booking on the payment, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In case your payment is made through card and your card issuer refused to process transaction, Finding a Cab will not proceed with your booking.

Finding a Cab will provide you a receipt for payment through email you registered with the website. It will include the link to retrieve receipt of fees for the website. Payment will not include any additional requirements you requested. In case of failure of indicating additional luggage at the time of booking, then TO may charge you that you are obliged to pay. Airport charges may apply and need to pay to driver cash/card.

In case of deviations in the routes you entered into the website, you will be charged extra by TO. All quotes you receive by Finding a Cab include VAT to avoid any doubt at the standard rate. Promotional codes are applicable on the fare of Finding a Cab and excess discount is then deducted from TO fees.

Terms for Insurance

For any damage or loss during the trip, Finding a Cab and TO are not responsible for being insured but it is your responsibility to have insured goods related to damage or loss.

Cancelled Bookings and Refunds

You have the right of cancelling a booking through this website. In case of deciding to cancel a booking, you must request for cancellation to Finding a Cab through the form on Contact Us referring to your booking number. You must cancel your booking if you want to before the cut- off time specified in the confirmation email else you will not be refunded with the fare cost.

In case of failure from TO in picking you up at the agreed time or within 15 minutes of the agreed time, you may receive full refund if you have not even used TO for the trip. You can decide whether you want to continue with your booking if TO arrive after 15 minutes of the agreed time. Refunds for cancellations or complaints for pre-paid bookings will be made in 3 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Limited Liability and Warranty Terms

TO has warranted Finding a Cab for having license but Finding a Cab is not responsible for verifying such warranties. But in case of doubt, you should contact TO and trust your own verification. Finding a Cab is not liable for delays in pick-ups and drop-offs or any failure of TO in providing services according to your expectations. Finding a Cab is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, however, the aggregate liability of Finding a Cab in these terms is limited to no more than £450.

Estimated trip and times of arrival on Finding a Cab are not subjected to traffic and weather conditions. You agree for being responsible to set agreed time allowing you to reach destination before time. Finding a Cab may notify you with the status of your booking through emails and SMS alerts. However, Finding a Cab does not guarantee the delivery and time of these alerts and is not liable for any delays in receipt of alerts at your end.

Terms for Behaviour

TO reserves the right to terminate the booking and trip in case of your disruptive behavior affecting the your safety and also of driver. Finding a Cab is not liable for any additional costs you may face in such case. Passengers in any case are not allowed to take alcoholic drinks for consumption during the trip. TO also reserves the right to refuse taking you in case you are drugged or drunk.

Terms for Exclusions and Limitations

TO shall not carry or deliver money, precious metals, jewelry, securities, and antiques with value of more than £70. English Law does not allow possession of inflammable, dangerous and explosive materials or goods. TO shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in carrying or delivering valuable goods that TOs shall not carry or deliver. TOs are not responsible for any damage or loss from breakdown, accident, and weather.

Disputes

In case of any complaint regarding service of TO, you agree to contact TO directly to resolve the concern within 24 hours. But if you are unable to resolve the complaint with TO, you agree to notify Finding a Cab through the Contact Us page in 3 days. Your claim shall be considered invalid if you fail to resolve the complaint. However, if Finding a Cab fail to resolve claims regarding services you received from TO, Finding a Cab is entitled to submit the claim to the independent third party and you shall be bound to the decision of that party. For your disputes with TO, Finding a Cab is not responsible for claims and damages.

Miscellaneous

These terms shall reflect the agreement between parties. Failure of any party to enforcing claims or these terms shall not be considered a waiver of claim or provision. All notices to Finding a Cab shall be given through email by you and Finding a Cab shall give notices to you through emails. These terms with Finding a Cab shall be governed in compliance with English Law.
